Baked apple

There are desserts that can be eaten even on a diet. An example of this is an apple baked with nuts in the oven.

 Apple - 85 g (0.6 pcs.)
 Cashew - 10 g
 Walnuts - 10 g
 Honey - 10 g (1.1 tsp.)
 Ground cinnamon - 1 g (0.1 tsp. Spoons)

Medium apple washed and cut in half. For one serving of baked apple, you only need one half of it. Carefully cut out the bones from it and pull the flesh out of the center to make a “pocket” for the filling. In the number of ingredients, I indicated the weight of an already peeled apple. I think if you do the same, the weight will be about the same.

In a small deep container, mix the nuts with honey and add a little cinnamon. The mixture is gently put into the apple.

Half of the apple is wrapped in foil so that the side with the cut remains open. We put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Make sure that the nuts do not become burnt.
