 Cucumber - 40 g
 Tomatoes - 50 g (0.3 pcs.)
 Salad leaves - 40 g
 Onion - 15 g
 Pumpkin seeds - 5 g (0.7 tsp. Spoons)
 Sunflower seeds - 5 g (0.5 teaspoons).
 Peanuts - 10 g
 Olive oil - 5 g (1 tsp.)
