Couscous pour boiling water so that the water slightly covered the grits. Cover with something and leave for 10-15 minutes to steam.
Wash and chop vegetables and herbs.
Peanuts peeled (weight is indicated for already peeled nuts).
Put sliced vegetables and herbs in a deep plate and mix well.
Ready couscous a little stretch with your fingers and add to vegetables.
Sprinkle with peanuts, sunflower seeds and olive oil.
