Cake with cocoa and cottage cheese - an excellent breakfast for those who are watching the figure. Oatmeal will give you the necessary energy, and the curd will nourish the muscles.
Oatmeal poured into a deep container and grind blender into oatmeal. Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, egg, milk to the oatmeal and blend everything with a blender until smooth.
There are two options for making a cake:
1) Pour the resulting mixture into a mold (preferably silicone) and set it in an oven preheated to 200 °CC for 7-10 minutes. In this case, the form should be small or the cake should be cooked for two in a standard baking dish.
2) Pour the resulting mixture into a deep cup or other dish and send it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes. Time depends on the power of the furnace. Cake must rise.
Cooking stuffing. Cottage cheese mix with honey. If it is too thick and dry, it can be diluted by adding a little water or milk. From the nectarine, we take out the bone and cut it into thin slices. If desired, you can use any fruit of your choice and add, for example, cinnamon or poppy seeds.
We take the finished cake out of the mold and cut into several cake layers.
We coat the cakes with cottage cheese, then lay out the fruit. Carefully put the cakes on top of one another. Chocolate cake is ready! You can enjoy!
